Emma Thomas (she/they)
I’ve been a Scientist in Brain Science for 2.5 years, working on single-cell genomics methods development and analysis. I believe in the Institute’s values of team science, and I am in favor of unionizing at the Allen Institute in order to ensure equitable treatment of all our co-workers across these teams.
Jada Roth (she/her)
I have been a research associate in Brain Science for the last two years, primarily working on creating viral genetic tools targeting different parts of the mouse brain. I support unionizing so that we can collectively improve transparency and equity at the Institute.
Clark Roll (he/they/she)
I am a Scientific Data Engineer who has been at the institute for roughly 14 years! I support unionization because I believe a democratized workforce is better for all of us!
Brooke Wynalda (she/they)
I am a Research Associate II who has been at the Allen Institute for 3 years. I want to unionize because I believe that uniting employees to improve our working conditions and overall transparency at the Institute is TEAM SCIENCE— it invites radical creativity and reimagine of what our place of work could look like and I want to be apart of that process!
Tracy Finnemore (she/they)
Hi! I have been a research associate in Brain Science for 3 years on the transgenic colony management team. My joy is found meandering through forests, reading books, and crafting. I am interested in unionizing because I believe in working together for a better tomorrow!
